Today's routes, ready before the crews arrive.

At 05:30 the planner takes overnight fill levels, scheduled pickups and open complaints for each ward and builds a stop list per vehicle, balanced against truck capacity and shift length.

  • Respects truck capacity, shift hours and plant opening times
  • Fixed stops (markets, hospitals) always included
  • Supervisor reviews and publishes with one tap

02Stop 02 · Live tracking

Where every truck is, and how far it has got.

Positions come from vehicle GPS units or the driver's phone. Each route shows stops done, stops left and the expected arrival at the plant, so a delay is visible while there is still time to act.

  • Stop-by-stop completion with timestamps
  • Idle and off-route alerts
  • Replay any route for disputes or audits

03Stop 03 · Route changes

A bin fills early. The route bends to include it.

When a sensor or a crew report shows a bin over threshold, or a road is closed, Swmsay suggests the cheapest change across nearby trucks, with the minutes it adds. The supervisor decides.

  • Change shown with added time and distance
  • Driver app updates instantly
  • Every change logged with who approved it
