Report it with a photo. Hear back when it's fixed.
The Citizen App gives residents a simple way to report problems and request bulk pickups, and gives supervisors a queue with due times instead of a pile of phone calls.
Three taps to report a problem.
Pick a problem type, take a photo, confirm the location. The citizen gets a complaint number and sees its status, the due time and the after photo when the crew clears it.
- Location picked from GPS or by landmark
- Pickup alerts when the truck is near
- Building segregation score shown to residents
Every complaint with an owner and a deadline.
Complaints are assigned by ward and shift to the supervisor on duty, with a due time by type. Overdue complaints escalate to the zonal officer automatically.

How we handle data
Citizen details are used only to resolve their complaints, never shared or sold.
Crew location is tracked only during duty hours, for routing and safety.
Fill levels from sensors are estimates. Supervisors make the final call on routes.
Data belongs to the municipality, contractor or society, exportable at any time.
Bin fill levels from ultrasonic sensors or crew check-ins, on a map and in a list, with alerts for full or uncollected bins.
Monthly solid-waste reports for contracts and authorities: tonnage, coverage, complaints resolved and segregation rates, exported as PDF or spreadsheet.
Run Citizen App on one ward for 30 days.
